• With 450 exhibitors the record of the previous year was set

  • Broadband and media industry booms in the wake of new TV forms

ANGA COM 2015 ended with an outstanding result of 450 exhibitors and 17,000 participants. Again, 50 percent of the participants came from abroad – from a total of 74 countries. Thus the Exhibition and Congress for Broadband, Cable & Satellite has continued seamlessly the record numbers of the previous year.


Thomas Braun, President of the Association of German Cable Operators (ANGA): “ANGA COM 2015 was a huge success for us. This applies in particular to the anew first class attendee numbers and the high-level of internationality. This year, I really appreciated the especially high-quality and large number of industry cooperations.”

Dr. Peter Charissé, Managing Director of ANGA COM, continues to see the industry on the upswing: “Three days of ANGA COM with a buzzing exhibition hall and outstanding attended congress panels proved that we can look forward to further boom years. Especially, new TV products like Multiscreen, TV Everywhere and Cloud TV lead to new potentials for both industry sectors, media as well as broadband.“


With Herbert Strobel, Chairman of the Satellite & Cable Trade Association within the German Association of the Electrical and Electronics Industry ZVEI, also the manufacturers are very satisfied with the show: “This year’s result is again impressive. This applies above all to the high quality and internationality of the visitors. ANGA COM has confirmed its leading role in Europe and will remain the industry highlight of the year for our manufacturers and systems providers.”
